Cristina Scocchia


Graduated with honors in Business Administration at Luigi Bocconi University, she later obtained a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Turin.
She began her career at Procter&Gamble, where from 1997 she held positions of increasing responsibility in mature and emerging markets until when, in 2012, she became leader of Cosmetics International Operations with oversight, in the brands under her responsibility, of more than 70 countries around the world.
From 2014 to 2017 she has been CEO of L’OrĂ©al Italia and led the company’s return to growth in a challenging economic environment.
Since July 2017 she has been CEO of KIKO S.p.A., leader Make Up company in Italy and Europe with 7,700 employees, 900 mono-brand stores in 27 countries and e-Commerce in 34 countries. In two years only, she completed the company turnaround and almost doubled its EBITDA.
Speaker in numerous national and international congresses and conferences on the topics of business corporate development, leadership, diversity and sustainability, Cristina Scocchia is also a member of the Boards of Directors of EssilorLuxottica S.A. and Illycaffe S.p.A.
In June 2019, she was awarded the Legion of Honor.
