Francesco Paolo Di Maria begins his career in NestlĂ©, where he consolidates a strong experience in the organization and management of sales resources. At Motta he carried out an intense marketing activity for bakery products: he launched Girella, a product that is still successful today. At Barilla, he set up the sales network that contributed to the success of its historical products and the emerging Mulino Bianco. He made an important contribution to the improvement of negotiating relationships in Italy, applying homogeneity and transparency to sales conditions and promoting the establishment of the “Observatory of Industry-Distribution Relations” under the patronage of Bocconi University. He takes great care of the development of his collaborators. He still continues his activity in the area of marketing and selling consultancy. He achieved a graduation at H.B.S. in Boston.
